Mr. Manale, the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 3 and 5 on instructions submits that, the petitioner has done the work as claimed by it, however, name of the petitioner society was included in the list of in complete work in the year 2008. The petitioner has completed the work. The bills are also sent to the Collector under letter dated 03/05.12.2012.

Considering the above, the Collector/State Government shall process the said bills after making necessary enquiry and if

2 wp 10162.18 the petitioner is found due and payable, then shall make arrangements to pay the amount as may be admissible to the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today.
