This is an application for restoration of Second Appeal St. No. 21175/2024 along with Civil Application St. Nos. 21176/2024 and 28824/2024. Appeal came to be dismissed for non removal of office objections. There is delay of 65 days in preferring the application for restoration.

Second appeal and civil applications came to be dismissed before issuance of notice to respondents, as such, notice to respondents at this stage is dispensed with.

Perusal of the application shows that the delay caused in filing restoration application is satisfactorily explained. Hence, application stands allowed.
