O R D E R

Learned Counsel Mr. Mohit Deshmukh along with officer Mr. Irfan Shaikh tenders on record 'Pursis' which is marked as Exhibit-

-3X. He prays for withdrawal of the first appeal in view of the terms of Exhibit-X.

As per the terms of the Pursis, the appellant shall deposit 50% of the balance amount with the Registry of this High Court within a period of eight weeks from today. After that entire amount including previously deposited amount alongwith accrued interest shall be disbursed to the respondent-claimant. 3.

First appeal is disposed of as withdrawn in terms of ExhibitX. Award be drawn accordingly. 4.

The request of refund of Court fees shall be processed in accordance with law.

5.

The appellant and the Legal Services Authority shall intimate today's minutes to the respondent claimant, the stakeholders and their lawyers.
