The registration of first appeal is refused by the Registrar (Judicial) by order dated 3rd February 2015. As such, present application is for setting aside the order of refusal of registration of the appeal.

Learned Counsel for the applicant undertakes that he shall remove the office objections within a period of two weeks from today. 3.

The undertaking is accepted. In view thereof, the order dated 3rd February 2015 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) refusing the registration of the appeal is hereby set aside. The appeal stands restored to the file.
