1] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner no.3-3-v, namely, Girijabai German Chudaani Nemade are already on record and he has filed pursis to that effect. 2] Leave to correct the present Civil Application forthwith.

3] The present Civil Application is filed for bringing the legal heirs of deceased petitioners on record.
