The petitioner is before us being aggrieved by the fact that inspite of the pension papers having been finalized by the AG Office, which has granted the pension by the order dated 09.12.2024, the respondent/Education Officer is sitting tight. 2.

The learned Advocate who appears for respondent No.4 suo motu, on instructions submits that respondent No.4 would take immediate steps so that the petitioner receives all the monetary benefits from respondent No.4.

With a specific warning that on failure of respondent No.4 to take appropriate and emergent steps for release of all the monetary benefits to the petitioner within 4 (four) weeks, we may be constrained to impose costs and saddle the responsibility of paying interest from his own pocket, the writ petition is disposed of.
