1] The present Civil application is filed to permit the applicant to serve respondent no.5 by way of paper publication.

2] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that although this Court permitted the applicant to publish notice in the news paper namely 'Business Post', the said news paper is closed, therefore, he has filed an application seeking permission to serve respondent no.5 to publish notice in the news paper namely 'Business Standard'. 3] For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. The applicant is permitted to serve respondent no.5 by paper publication in the news paper, namely, 'Business Standard'.
