Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as per the compromise entered in between the appellants and claimants, the amount has been paid to the claimant before the executing Court and nothing is due against the appellants. The statement is accepted.

In view of the statement that the award has been satisfied, the applicants - appellants are permitted to withdraw the amount, if any, deposited as a statutory deposit. The applicants - appellants are also permitted to claim the refund of the Court fees as per Rule.
