These are applications for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.18- Kishanrao s/o Mohanrao Raut, who died during pendency of the appeal. It is informed that legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.18 are already brought on record in First Appeal No.1103 of 2004, which is a companion appeal. Civil Application No.2071/2007, presented in the aforesaid appeal, came to be allowed by this Court. In this view of the matter, instant application deserves to be allowed and same is accordingly allowed. Legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.18 are permitted to be brought on record.
