By the order dated 13th October, 2022 this Court had recorded the submission of the appellant that he would deposit entire arrears of rent at the rate of Rs.12,000/- p.m. as directed by the appellate Court. Thereafter, in pursuance of the above order, the appellant has deposited rent in this Court. Thereafter, the settlement did not take place between the parties and second appeal was proceeded further for hearing. 2.

After hearing the parties, the second appeal was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 13.12.2022.The amount deposited in this Court is arrears of rent. In view of the same, the landlord's application filed for withdrawal of the amount deposited in this Court for arrears of rent is allowed and disposed of. Applicants are allowed to withdraw the amount along with interest accrued.
