Learned counsel for the applicant makes a statement that offce objections would be removed within a period of two weeks. The said statement is accepted.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, order dated 12th March, 2019, passed by the Registrar is quashed and set aside. Appeal be restored at the stage of its dismissal. In case, offce objections are not removed within a period of two weeks, the appeal shall automatically stand dismissed without reference to the Court. 6.
