This application is for condonation of delay of 1105 days in bringing LR's of Appellant on record. It is contended that Appellant died on 01.11.2019 however, the death certificate was received on 20.05.2020, due to which delay is caused. The delay is not deliberate. No prejudice will be caused if the delay is condoned and LR's of deceased Appellant are brought on record. Hence, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Amendment to be carried out within six weeks.
