The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, the respondents/original claimants are making haste to execute the Award under Appeal and taking co-ercive steps against the applicant-insurer.

In view of this, the effect, execution and implementation of the judgment and award dated 23.09.2015 in MACP No. 913/2009 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Dhule, is hereby stayed on condition that, the applicant shall deposit the entire amount under the award alongwith interest within a period of eight (08) weeks from today, failing which stay granted shall stand vacated automatically without back reference to the Court.
