Civil application has been preferred seeking recall of the order dated 13th December, 2021 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) rejecting the petition for non removal of objections and for condonation of delay of 01 year 25 days caused in filing civil application.

For the reasons stated in the application, the civil application is allowed. The delay is condoned and the order dated 13th December, 2021 is recalled. Let the office objections be removed within a period of one (01) week from today. Upon removal of office objections petition to be restored to its original file.
