The Petitioner was appointed in the Respondent/Zilla Parishad, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar as a Mustering Assistant and has retired from service. This Petition is filed by him seeking the second Assured Career Progression Scheme (ACPS) monetary benefits. The representation filed by him, dated 10/09/2020, is pending with the Respondent/Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. We expect the Respondent/ Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar to deal with the said
