This petition can be disposed of by following order:- "The petitioners' lands were acquired and possession was taken by

wp1727.08 private negotiation for construction of tank, in December, 2003. The final Award for land acquisition was passed on 06.01.2007. The petitioners made representations for rental compensation for a period between 2003-2007 to the Special Land Acquisition Officer. The Special Land Acquisition Officer shall decide representations of petitioners within four weeks from today. It is held that the compensation payable to the petitioners shall be paid within four weeks thereafter."

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
