The Petitioners are two individuals. Their grievance is against a private financial institution/Bank. There is a loan transaction between the Petitioners and the said Bank. Their grievance is that the 'No Objection Certificate' is not being issued by the Bank. A bald statement is made that the Bank is demanding bribes.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners would approach an appropriate Forum, as against

1855.24wp (2) the said Bank, as may be permissible in law. He seeks leave to withdraw this Writ Petition.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off, as withdrawn on instructions. If the Petitioners avail of a remedy as is permissible in law, the withdrawal of this Writ Petition shall not be an impediment.
