PER COURT :- Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.4 states on instructions that the differential share amount of the petitioner and similarly situated members would be accepted. In view of the statement made, the petitioner will approach respondent No.4 within a week and there upon respondent No.4 through its bank, shall accept the amount within a week from the date of approach of the petitioner. Respondent No.4 shall also consider, while computing the share amount, the amount already deposited by the petitioner in the bank account of respondent No.4. In view of the statement made, the grievance raised by the petitioner in the instant petition stands redressed. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
