Petitioners are challenging order dated 03.10.1998 as well as order passed by respondent no. 3 on 30.01.1999. 2.

By virtue of order dated 03.10.1998, the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Jalgaon appointed two members administrative committee under section 77A of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, to look after the administration of the society. Appointment of the administrators by the Deputy Registrar under section 77A of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act was for a period of six months. Appeal preferred against the said order has been dismissed by the Divisional Joint
