1] The applicants pray for leave to amend the writ petition in terms of prayer clause (A). The proposed amendment is set out in paragraph no.3 of the civil application.
2] Shri Totla, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the non-applicant nos. 1A,1B and 1D in writ petition, has
CA (St) 4416/16 in WP 620/08 - 2 - no objection if this application is allowed subject to imposing costs on the applicants.
3] Considering the above and the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed on the condition that the amendment will be carried out within one week. I am not imposing costs on the applicants.
4] In the event the amendment is not carried out, as directed, this order shall stand recalled and the civil application shall then stand rejected.
