The applicant has moved this civil application for speaking to minutes with regard to the order dated 21.12.2018 in Writ Petition No.11802/2016.

Under order dated 21.12.2018, we had disposed of Writ Petition No.11802/2016 with connected writ petitions. The present application for speaking to minutes is limited to the order passed in Writ Petition No.11802/2016.

The learned counsel submits that as far as petitioner no.2 is concerned he was enlisted in the

(2) 901-ca-4613-2019 list dated 02.05.2016 at Nashik. However, as in the order only list dated 10.05.2016 is mentioned. The authorities are not considering the case of petitioner no.2 only on the ground that list dated 02.05.2016 is not referred thereto.

We have heard learned A.G.P. also. It is not disputed by the learned A.G.P. that the list dated 02.05.2016 also exists.

In light of that, in the order dated 21.12.2018 in Writ Petition No.11802/2016 in Clause 26(A)(ii) after the words "list dated 10.05.2016" the following words be added:

"and 02.05.2016".

The necessary corrections be carried out accordingly.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
