Learned Counsel Mr. Abhijit G. Choudhari for the appellant/Insurance Company tenders on record the pursis which is taken on record and marked as 'Exhibit-X' for identification. He seeks leave to withdraw the First Appeal. 2.

None present for the respondents.

Leave is granted. The First Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn in view of pursis at Exhibit-X.

The awarded amount was deposited before the learned Commissioner for the Employees (Workmen's) Compensation cum Civil Judge (SD) Parbhani. By interim order, 50% of the amount was directed to be disbursed to the respondents.

In view of withdrawal of the First Appeal, balance amount alongwith accrued interest shall be disbursed to the respondents/claimants after their due verification and identification.
