An individual grievance is raised in respect of raising of illegal structure by the respondent No.7, in violation of the layout plan. It is contended that, the encroachment is raised on the road, thereby putting the petitioner and others to inconvenience. It is further pointed out that, in spite of issuance of directions by the SubDivisional officer and Tahsildar, to remove the encroachment, no steps have been taken.

It would be open for the petitioner to persuade the concerned authorities for taking appropriate steps against the encroacher. 3.

It would be also open for the petitioner to avail of the alternate remedy provided under law, for redressal of the grievances. 4.

No interference is called for.
