...

CORAM : MANGESH S. PATIL & ABHAY S. WAGHWASE, JJ.

DATE : 27 April 2023 PER COURT :- .

Heard both the sides.

2.

The petitioners, who were appointed as "Shikshan Sevak" were seeking approval to their appointments. By the order dated 05-05-2022 in Writ Petition Nos.4889 of 2022, 4983 of 2022 and 5017 of 2022, respondent no.3 - Education Ofcer was directed

{2} CP 143 OF 2023 & ANR to pass appropriate order on the proposal seeking grant of approval to the appointments of the petitioners within four weeks.

3.

The parties are unanimous that subsequently, the Education Ofcer refused to grant approval having noticed that there was irregularity / fraud in T.E.T. examination. Admittedly, the petitioners have challenged that order by separate writ petitions.

4.

Nothing survives.

5.

Both the contempt petitions are disposed of.
