ORAL ORDER :

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with the Committee since 2012. The petitioner is also promoted. If the tribe claim is not decided, further complications would arise in the service of the petitioner. 2.

The learned A.G.P. states that, the Committee would take decision in the validation proceedings in accordance with

Writ Petition No.3116/2016 law.

Considering the fact that the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending, the respondent No.3 shall decide the said proceedings expeditiously, on its own merits in accordance with law, preferably within nine months.

Writ Petition disposed of.
