Heard. The question as to whether the petitioner is having begotten third child or not has been answered by the learned District Judge by recording a finding that petitioner does have third child. By this very nature, the objection requires appreciation of facts, which is not permissible in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court. The petitioner may resort to appropriate remedy at appropriate time. Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
