After having heard learned Counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned Counsel appearing for respondents, I deem it appropriate to allow the applicants to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the appellant / present respondent No.1 on submitting an undertaking that in the event any adverse order is passed against them and amount of compensation is decreased, they will redeposit the amount as may be specified in the period prescribed by the Court. The balance 50 per cent amount be invested in any nationalized Bank for the period till disposal of the appeal.
