Heard learned counsel appearing for the appellants. 2.

Perused the order passed by the learned Single Judge on 11.03.2011 in Writ Petition No.2263/1992. On going through the order, we do not find any reason to cause interference in the well reasoned order passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ petition. The Collector has forfeited the land and handed over the possession back to the original owner, who is himself guilty of committing the breach. It would be open for the appellant to raise challenge to the subsequent orders issued by the revenue authorities in pursuance to the decision of the learned Single Judge in the Writ petition referred to above. There is no merit in the Letters Patent Appeal. Letters Patent Appeal stands dismissed. 2.
