We have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Mrs. Ansari, the learned Counsel for the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 submits that there are 6 candidates above the petitioner to be appointed on compassionate ground. The petitioner would be considered on its own merits for appointment on compassionate ground as per its terms. 3.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
