Caste claim of the applicant/petitioner is invalidated. Writ petition is pending admission. The applicant is seeking direction against the respondent No.4 to declare result of IIIrd Semester of IInd Year Mechanical Engineering course of the applicant. 3.

The Respondent No.4 shall not withhold result of the applicant only on the ground that his caste claim is invalidated. Civil application disposed of. 4.
