1] The petitioner seeks direction against respondent no.2 to decide his complaint and also challenges the order appointing respondent no.5 as full time Junior Lecturer.

2] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is senior to respondent no.5. However, illegally respondent no.5 is appointed as full time Junior Lecturer and the proposal has been sent for approval to respondent no.2. The petitioner has filed complaint.

3] Learned AGP accepts notice for respondent nos.1 and 2.

2694.22WP 4] Respondent no.2 has not approved proposal appointing respondent no.5 as full time Junior Lecturer. The petitioner has already raised objections. It is for the authority to consider all relevant aspects of the matter and take decision accordingly.

5] As no decision has been arrived at by the Deputy Director of Education as yet, it is premature to entertain this Petition. Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
