The acquisition in question is allegedly made in the year 1931 and the petitioner has approached this Court almost after 85 years of the accrual of cause of action. Considering the extreme delay in approaching this Court, the grievance made by the petitioner in the instant petition does not deserve consideration.

The petitioner also contends that, there are certain encroachments on the land and the authorities are required to take steps. The contentions raised in that behalf are also quite vague. It will be open for the petitioner to pursue the remedy, if available in accordance with the provisions of law in that regard. There is no merit in the petition. Writ Petition stands rejected.
