Perused the communication dated 2nd December 2024 by learned 3rd Jt. Civil Judge, Junior Division and Judicial Magistrate First Class Dhule and remark by learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Dhule dated 12.12.2024. It also appears that along with the expedited matter there is a counter case which is required to be decided by the same Judge. The learned Judicial Magistrate has prayed for extension of one year for disposal of Regular Criminal Case No. 477 of 2014 along with Regular Criminal Case No. 185 of 2015. 2.

Taking into consideration the dates of which reference have been given in the letter of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Dhule and also the fact that this extension is the second time

No. 604-2023.odt extension sought by the learned Judicial Magistrate, we direct that learned Judicial Magistrate may take both the matters simultaneously and even day to day basis taking into consideration the fact that the cases are pending since the year 2014 and 2015 i.e. almost more than ten years.

We extend the period to dispose of both the matters as a last chance by the end of June 2025.
