Mr. S.G. Sangle, learned A.G.P. for the applicant/State, submits that the amount could not be deposited within the prescribed period as directed earlier.

In the circumstances, stay to the execution of the impugned award, in all these applications, is hereby granted on the condition that the applicant/State

ca4798-13-group deposits in this Court, in all these matters, the entire amount under the impugned award, together with upto-date interest, within a period of eight weeks from the date of this order.

On deposit of the amount, as directed above, the stay granted today shall become absolute till the decision of the first appeals. However, in case the directions to deposit the amount, as above, are not complied with, the present applications shall stand dismissed and the stay to the execution of the impugned award, in all these matters, granted today, would stand vacated.

All the present applications accordingly stand disposed of.
