It is submitted that, the parties have mutually settled the dispute between themselves. The copy of settlement is already on record at page No. 42 executed between the parties on 21.01.2023. Now, it is reported that, the parties have acted upon this agreement. Even affidavit in reply is filed and the copy of the same is produced on record. Since the affidavit is not on file, however, it is submitted that, it is filed in the office.

In view of the same, the parties pray that this petition be disposed off by quashing the proceeding of R.C.C. No. 67/2018 pending before the learned J.M.F.C., Shrirampur. 4.

Thus, the criminal writ petition is allowed.

The proceeding of R.C.C. No. 67/2018 pending before the learned J.M.F.C., Shrirampur for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 324, 504, 506 r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code is quashed.
