1] The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the proposal has been filed for validation of the tribe claim of the petitioners with the Scrutiny Committee in November, 2021. The petitioners are desirous of appearing in the professional examination to be conducted in JuneJuly 2022. 2] The learned AGP accepts notice for respondent nos.1 and 2.

3] In case, the proposal seeking validation of the tribe claim of the petitioners is pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall endeavour to decide the validation proceeding by 30.06.2022. The petitioners shall
