PER COURT :- 1.

In First Appeal No.53/2008, the amount awarded by the SLAO of Rs.2,48,956/- for acquiring the land is enhanced by the Reference Court to Rs.3,00,000/- and Rs.16,000/- to one Mango Tree. 2.

In First Appeal No.54/2008, the amount awarded by the SLAO of Rs.95,523/- for acquiring the land is enhanced by the Reference Court ot Rs.3,00,000/- and Rs.15,000/- to one Mango Tree. 3.

In terms of the decision of the State Government by notifications dated 3rd November 2016 and 11th May 2018, the State Government has taken a policy decision not to challenge the award passed by the Reference Court where the enhancement is less than four times over the Page 1 of

1068FA 53-2008 compensation granted by the SLAO in the rural area. 4.

In the instant case, the enhancement is less than four times and in rural areas. In view of the same, the first appeals stand dismissed. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of. ( ARUN R. PEDNEKER, J. ) vj gawade/-.
