I have gone through the award passed by the Tribunal. Permission is granted to the applicants/ claimants to withdraw 50% amount out of the deposited compensation amount with proportionate accrued interest thereon in the Court, subject to filing of written undertaking within a period of eight weeks

2 CA 3735/19 from the date of passing of this order to re-deposit the withdrawn amount as and when directed by this Court. Remaining 50% amount shall be invested in fix deposit in any Nationalized Bank till final disposal of First Appeal. The Registrar [Judicial] to act accordingly. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
