On 02/09/2024, when this matter was called out, this Court passed the following order: - "1] When this matter was called out on 12th June, 2024, the matter was adjourned at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners. It was also observed by this Court that pendency of this petition shall not be an impediment for any connected proceeding. On 30th June, 2024, this matter was also adjourned as the learned advocate for the petitioner was out of station. 2] The learned counsel for the respondent nos.1A to 1C and 2 submits that notwithstanding the observations of this Court, nothing is proceeding in the connected matter in view of the pendency of this writ petition.
