This is a motion for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 10/02/2025. It is being pointed out that the writ petition was merely seeking direction to the respondent/committee to decide petitioner's tribe claim expeditiously and since this Court had granted five months time, the petitioner was sought to be protected from termination. It is being pointed out that interim protection is not reflected in the said order.

In view of the above, this motion is allowed. 3.

Following sentence shall be added at the end of paragraph No.3 :-

This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated // 1934.25wp (2) "Service of the petitioner shall stand protected for a period of five months."
