DATE : 1st APRIL, 2021 PER COURT :- Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that since Acquiring Body is ready to deposit the amount in this Court, the Court may consider the prayer of the applicant for granting stay to the effect, operation and implementation of the Judgment and Award passed by Reference Court.

In that view of the matter, the application is allowed and stay is granted in terms of prayer clause "B" subject to deposit of 100% amount of compensation under Award in this Court within a period of (12) weeks from the date of this order.
