Learned counsel submits that tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since year 2017 and the same is not decided by respondent No.2 Committee.

Learned AGP accepts notice for respondents Nos. 1 and 2. 3.

In case the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall decide the same on its own merits, expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. 4.

The petitioner shall appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 18.022020.
