Heard learned AGP for the applicants as well as learned counsel appearing for the non-applicants. 2.

In these applications for condonation of delay, the State is seeking condonation of delay of 654 days in filing appeals under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act.

3. The delay is occasioned because concisions decision was required to be taken at different levels. The same is property explained. Hence for the stated reason, delay is condoned. Civil applications are disposed of accordingly. ( A. M. BADAR, J. ) JPC 1/1
