The substantive sentence of the applicant shall remain suspended and the applicant be released on bail on the same terms as were ordered by learned J.M.F.C. Dhule. The applicant shall attend the concerned Court, who has convicted him, once in every six months and two consecutive absence of the applicant may result in cancellation of bail.
