Vide order dated 02.02.2024, the applicants were permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs. 18,00,000/- from and out of the amount deposited by the non-applicant/Insurance Company with this Court. The share of applicant Nos. 2 and 3 was ordered to be invested in a Fixed Deposit for a period of three years. 2.

It is stated that the applicant No. 2 has now separated from her husband and is in need of money. Therefore, the amount invested in the Fixed Deposit in the name of applicant No. 2 be released in her favour by liquidating the Fixed Deposit.
