Petitioners who are serving with the respondent/management are aggrieved by the fact that they have not been paid salary. They have put up grievance before the Deputy Director of Education on 09 October 2023 and their learned advocate is merely seeking direction to him to consider the representation and take appropriate decision. 2.

Writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 2/Deputy Director of Education to take appropriate decision, if it has not been already taken on the petitioners application dated 09 October 2023, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six (06) weeks from today.
