1] Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned AGP for the respondent nos.1 to 5.

2] The applicants are seeking direct appointment in the employment of the respondents from the project affected person / earthquake affected person category. The writ petition is dismissed after hearing the learned Advocates for the respective parties on the basis of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Rajendra Pandurang Pagare & another v. State of Maharashtra & others reported in 2009(4) Mh.L.J., 961.

RAST 4621/12 in WP 883/11 - 2 - 3] The Full Bench of this Court has held that the candidates from project affected person or earthquake affected person category are not entitled for direct appointment and they have to compete amongst themselves. 4] In the light of that, no case for review is made out.
