We are considering present writ petition only to the extent of directions being sought against Scrutiny Committee to decide the validation proceedings expeditiously. We are not considering other prayers made in the writ petition.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appears for respondent Nos. 1 to 4.

It is submitted by Mr. Mukhedkar, the learned counsel for the petitioner that, the validation proceedings are pending since

In the light of the above, the respondent No. 1/Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the caste claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
