The learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the petitioner was merely seeking direction for early decision of validity certificate and consequential reliefs against the institutes where she was studying. As can be seen she had also filed Writ Petition No.2796/2016 seeking a direction to the committee for early decision of her tribe claim. By the order dated 14.12.2018 the petition was disposed of by issuing direction to the committee to decide her proposal within three months. 3.

The learned AGP, on instructions, submits that subsequently the tribe claim of the petitioner has been rejected by the scrutiny committee. She has challenged that order in WP No.8669/2019. 4.

Considering the above aspect, the matter has become infructuous and is disposed of.
