ORDER:

1.

Caste claim of the petitioners as Thakur- Scheduled Tribe is invalidated.

The learned counsel submits that a common judgment was delivered by the Committee in the case of petitioners and one Vaishnavi Dnyanoba Garud, invalidating their caste claim. Vaishnavi Dnyanoba Garud filed writ petition before this Court. This Court has partly allowed the writ petition filed by Vaishnavi Dnyanoba Garud bearing Writ Petition No. 2531/2021 under the order dated 09.02.2021. In light of that we follow the same course.

The Committee shall issue validity certificates to the petitioners of Thakur, Scheduled Tribe immediately.

4.

The said validity certificates shall be subject to the decision that would be taken by the Committee in the proceedings re-opened of the validity holders relied by the petitioners.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
